Terms of service.
1. Services
YouSocials provides social media support for small businesses. Services include monthly support packages and one-off add-ons. These services are designed to give clients tools and content suggestions to improve their social media accounts, but implementation is client-led.
2. Service Commitment
The monthly package has a minimum commitment period of 3 months.
Clients may cancel at any point after the 3-month period.
If a client cancels within the first 3 months, the full 3-month fee will still be charged.
No refunds are offered for unused or cancelled services.
3. Payments
Monthly services are paid via standing order, set up by the client.
One-off add-ons are charged per item and payable via bank transfer.
The first monthly payment is due on sign-up, then on the 1st of each month thereafter.
If payment is not made on time, a £15 late payment fee and 5% late interest will be applied.
Payments for packages are due on booking.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are encouraged to make full use of the content and guidance provided. However, actioning this advice is the client’s choice. YouSocials is not responsible for any lack of results where the client does not engage or implement the suggestions provided.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling (for 1:1 sessions)
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any one-to-one session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided (e.g. post ideas, templates, captions) becomes the property of the client.
Clients may continue to use and reuse this content even after ending services with YouSocials.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
YouSocials does not request or access client login credentials for any social media accounts.
With the client’s consent, YouSocials stores names, email addresses, and basic business information.
All data is handled via GDPR-compliant platforms.
8. Disclaimers
YouSocials makes no guarantees regarding specific results (e.g. growth, reach, engagement).
All success depends on the client’s own implementation and use of the materials.
YouSocials is not liable for performance changes caused by social media platform algorithms, outages, or other third-party actions.
9. Travel for In-Person Meetings
In-person meetings include free travel for the first 15 miles by road from Alnwick, Northumberland.
Mileage is calculated using road distance (not as the crow flies).
Additional travel is charged at £0.60 per mile.
